About IBE

Software and services from working engineers.

Integrated Building Engineering is a New Hampshire engineering practice. We design coordinated HVAC, plumbing, and BIM deliverables — and we build the software we wished existed while doing it.

Our approach

The tools come from the work.

Every tool in the IBE Toolbox started as something we built to make our own coordination faster and more reliable. Once a workflow proved itself on real projects, we made it available to other AEC teams and builders.

That order matters. We don't ship workflows we don't use ourselves, and engineering judgment always stays with qualified professionals — the software removes repetitive manual work, not accountability.

Who we serve

Pros first, builders welcome.

We work with engineering firms, contractors, developers, and BIM coordinators who need coordinated, constructable deliverables. We also build for remodelers, estimators, and designers who need permit-ready outputs without becoming full-time Revit operators.

Founder

Tyler Wilson

Tyler Wilson is the founder of IBE, building on years of mechanical and plumbing design and BIM coordination at T.R.W. Design, LLC — the practice behind IBE. His work centers on coordinated, field-ready documentation across every trade: HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal and ductwork, electrical, and fire protection, modeled clash-free in 2D and 3D Revit so crews keep moving on site.

He started IBE to close the gap between how building systems are designed and how they actually get built — turning the repetitive parts of coordination into software so engineers can spend their time on judgment, not redraws.

Tyler is an ASHRAE board member and serves on the executive board of the ACE Mentor Program of New Hampshire as treasurer, helping bring the next generation into the AEC industry.
