Coordinated engineering services

Engineering designed for installability.

IBE provides HVAC design, plumbing design, BIM coordination, and Revit-native workflows built around one goal: making projects easier to coordinate, easier to build, and easier to revise in the field.

Coordination-first

Built around reducing friction in the field.

Every workflow is designed to reduce clashes, revisions, RFIs, install confusion, and coordination breakdowns before crews ever arrive onsite.

Revit-native

Connected models and coordinated deliverables.

We structure models, layouts, exports, and coordination sets around real-world workflows used by engineers, contractors, and coordination teams.

Field-oriented

Focused on constructability and installability.

We optimize for sequencing, installation practicality, fabrication coordination, and reducing downstream field conflicts.

Why the Toolbox exists

The software came from solving real coordination problems.

The IBE Toolbox started as internal infrastructure developed to speed up repetitive coordination workflows inside real engineering projects.

Over time, those systems became reliable enough to expose externally. Customers now get the benefit of AI-assisted workflows, coordinated automation, and custom software without spending thousands of development hours building the systems themselves.

The goal is not to replace engineering judgment. The goal is to reduce repetitive manual workflow time while improving coordination quality and field usability.

Engineering philosophy

Well-coordinated projects create measurable field value.

IBE primarily works through fixed-fee coordination and engineering workflows focused on reducing friction during installation and construction.

Our philosophy is simple: coordinated documentation and constructability-focused workflows should improve field execution substantially more than the coordination cost itself.

Better documentation, better coordination, and better constructability planning reduce downstream revisions, confusion, delays, and install inefficiencies across the project lifecycle.

The Toolbox extends those same workflow philosophies externally through project-based, no-subscription software workflows designed for real AEC teams.

Coordinated workflows. Better projects in the field.
