These terms govern your use of the Integrated Building Engineering ("IBE") website at ibe.engineering. IBE is a brand of T.R.W. Design, LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
This site does not create an engagement
The information on this site is for general information about IBE's services and tools. Using the site, emailing us, or requesting information does not by itself create a client engagement, a professional-services relationship, or any contract. Engineering engagements are governed solely by a written contract or proposal that IBE and the client sign directly.
Not professional advice
Content on this site is not engineering, legal, or professional advice and should not be relied on as such. Engineering services are performed only under a signed agreement and, where required, by appropriately licensed professionals.
The IBE Toolbox is a separate product
The IBE Toolbox application at toolbox.ibe.engineering is a separate product with its own terms of use, which you accept when you create an account or use that application. Outputs generated by Toolbox tools are aids to a qualified professional's work — they do not replace professional review, code compliance checks, or stamped documents.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, logos, and the IBE and Integrat3D marks are owned by IBE or its licensors. You may view and share the content for your own informational use, but you may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or misrepresent your affiliation with IBE.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IBE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
